Gabrielle is a lifelong Kenton County resident who made history in 2010 when she was elected as the first female Kenton County Clerk.  Since becoming Clerk, she has made it her priority to preserve the county’s history by digitizing its records.  She was President of the Kentucky County Clerk’s Association in 2019 and served on the association’s legislation committee for four years.

Gabrielle attended NKU’s Chase College of Law while working for the Kenton County Child Support office and upon graduation in 2000 became an assistant Kenton County Attorney. She also has a background in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate and probate.

Gabrielle feels that community involvement and public service are crucial to making Kenton County a better place to live.  She is involved with Kids Voting and often speaks at area schools and community groups about elections.  She is a proud graduate of Leadership Northern Kentucky in 2005.  Gabrielle was honored in 2017 as an Outstanding Woman of Northern Kentucky and with the Legend Award by Legacy’s Young Professionals.  She was a Board Member of the Diocesan Catholic Children’s Home and Welcome House Outreach.

In 2013, Gabrielle received the Chase College of Law Exceptional Service Award and in 2014 was honored as a Woman Making a Difference by Notre Dame Academy.  She was the 2014 Convention Chair for the Kentucky Bar Association Convention held in Covington.  She is a past member of the KBA’s Continuing Legal Education Committee and has previously served as the Chair of the Women’s Lawyers Section of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association.

Gabrielle believes the County Clerk’s office is the business office of the citizens and her work ethic means your tax dollars will be used wisely and efficiently in the administration of the office. She is committed to utilizing technology to save time and money.
