By December 7, 2019Feature

As of January 1, 2020, Kenton County Clerk’s office will be implementing a new land records software package since the passage of SB 114 which allows for e-recording in Kentucky.  SB 114 also updated the fee schedule (2020 FEE SCHEDULE) and standardized formats for document (KCCA RESOLUTION ON FORMATTING STANDARDS).

While we work through all the changes the new year will bring, please don’t hesitate to call the real estate department with any questions at 859-392-1652.
