Kenton County Voters who meet the requirements for a mail-in absentee ballot may request an application by either calling 859-392-1620 or by filling out the electronic firm. Once an application is sent to the voter, the application must be completed and mailed to the County Clerk at least 7 days before the election. Once the clerk receives the application the absentee ballot and instructions will be mailed to the address designated by the voter. The absentee ballot must be received by mail no later than Election Day.
