In accordance with KRS.137.115, County Retail Licenses are due July 1st of the current year and covers the period ending June 30th of the following year. Request only the licenses that apply to you.
Unless the licenses are secured before July 1st, a 20% penalty is applicable, plus additional 8% interest.
